Hello friends! Welcome to TheBransonMom.com. My name is Mandy and I am passionate about this little town in Southwest Missouri! I love seeing families come to town and have a wonderful time. I also understand that traveling with little ones it’s a little scary… Like, will they like this show? Will it hold their attention? Will they cry, make a big scene and we have to leave and lose all that money? Will my waitress get an attitude when she realizes we have three little kids sharing a meal?… Yeah, I get it. Well hopefully my experiences will save you some headache and heartbreak. I am going to write about my Branson experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly… And I’m sure there will be some ugly. I plan to share some local tips and helpful info for mom’s with children of all ages. I’m here to help and make sure that you enjoy your time in Branson as much as I do, and that you and your families will want to come back to Branson again and again.
More about me… I’ve lived in Branson now for 31 years and I LOVE IT! I’m convinced it’s the best place in the USA to live, work and raise a family. In my 31 years here I’ve been on the stage a time or two and worked in several theatre box offices, group sales departments, and worked front of house for theatre managers, I even was a lifeguard at White Water for a season when in high school. More recently I spent eight years working for an amazing company as an event planner and group sales manager booking motor coach tours into Branson so I’d consider myself pretty knowledgable in all things BRANSON. Though there is always more to learn, and I look forward to exploring this little town more and sharing my explorations with you.
My dreamy husband and I have been married 10 years now and together we’re raising three little Ozark Hillbillies of our own. Our kiddos are 4, 3 & 4 months old. When my kiddos and I have been cooped up in our house too long we will just go take a drive, there is so much to see and do! We are rarely bored, thank goodness 🙂
